Meet Atomic Mat

This is my submission for the Allegorithmic Meet Mat competition.
Meet Atomic Mat, a 1950's retro futuristic Puranium Pump Attendant.
He'll make sure that your atomic powered flying car will get you where you want to go.
Unfortunately for Mat atomic powered cars turned out to be bloody dangerous and so they were made illegal.
This put Mat out of a job and he has been left alone on a forgotten forecourt for the past 50 odd years.
Poor old Mat.
